Isn't she lovely? This painting is by our artist friend Jennifer Hill and is one of the first gifts I ever received from John so it holds a very special place in my home and heart. Somewhere along the line I've lost the title, I'll have to ask Jennifer. You can see more of her work here.

Yes, Erin paints too sometimes - when she isn't "creating" at work or in the garden. The following piece is ink and sand on linen. It is a part of the John W. Carlson and Erin Giddings collection.
